Year 3

I would like to welcome you all to Year 3 and hope you had a good holiday. As I have already had the opportunity to teach you for a few weeks during the summer term, I am sure the transition into Year 3 will be seamless.

We have a busy term ahead with lots of activities planned. In October we will be having two Roman days when you will come to school dressed in Roman costume and have the opportunity to make clay pots, scrolls, writing tablets, mosaic pictures and enjoy a Roman feast.

You will have the opportunity to carry out a survey of the local area as part of our studies in Geography and we will be hearing from a dentist telling us how we should look after our teeth.

We have a lot of work to do in Year 3 but will always have fun whilst we are doing it.
