Last week, Nursery and Kindergarten welcomed their grandparents in for a tea party in their honour - one of the most important events in the purple calendar.
As well as meeting all the members of the team and having a guided tour of the learning environment by their eager grandchildren, the grandparents were also treated to some delicious refreshments, courtesy of our hardworking PA representatives.
To complete the afternoon, the children presented their grandparents with special gifts that they had lovingly crafted just for them. It was definitely a lovely occasion for everyone involved.
Thanks to everyone involved, especially the grandparents for taking the time to come and share in their grandchild’s learning and our Year 6s for being brilliant ambassadors in welcoming and escorting grandparents into school.
