Welcome back to school and the start of the summer term. It has been lovely to see the children back in school and we have seen an upturn in the weather too!
This is always a busy term for all of the children, especially for our Year 6 children, many of whom have been at the school since the age of two and are now completing their final few months at Forest.
They will be taking part in the school swimming gala, sports days and leading the performance of the school play over three nights at the Little Theatre in Altrincham.
Additionally, I know that they are very excited about joining Year 5 for their residential trip to Shropshire next week too. Here they will take part in everything from canoeing to high ropes. abseiling to archery. So we hope the sun shines and that Year 6, and all the children, enjoy the term ahead!
