On Tuesday, Year 1 visited Tatton Park where they learnt all about what life would have been like celebrating Christmas as a 6-year-old in the post-war era. They gathered around the fire for a Christmas story, got to meet some of the farm's residents and even got to visit Father Christmas!
The mansion provided the children with plenty of entertainment with the ‘Food Glorious Food’ theme and proved very educational, learning about what life for Lord and Lady Egerton was like.
All children behaved remarkably well and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves!
