To mark the end of our spring term, the whole school enjoyed a wonderful (and very varied) spring-inspired day. Here is a sample of what some of the classes got up to:
Pre-Prep- designing and making a 3D carrot
Reception- understanding adjectives to use when describing the Easter Bunny
Year 1- making some egg-themed thaumatropes
Year 2- creating easter egg wreaths
Year 3- 2D egg puzzles
Year 4- patterned art
Year 5- acrostic spring poems
Year 6- spring poems
Lower School also performed some fantastic spring songs, courtesy of Ms Wellings; there was the Pre-Prep Easter Bonnet Parade and the Easter Bunny visited Forest once again to deliver each child their own chocolate egg! What a busy day.
