Forest Life in Full Swing

This last fortnight, the school community has been awash with activities and it has been wonderful to be part of the full Forest way of life. In the middle of Sports Days, residential trips and class assemblies, our Foresters have also been working very hard on their assessments. I'm incredibly proud of the children for completing their tests over the last two weeks. With the majority of Year 2-6 assessments being carried out online, we are incredibly proud to announce that all Progress Tests in Maths and English (PTM and PTE) have been returned with all class averages being classified as ‘significantly above national average’.  They have worked so hard, managed to smile throughout and deserve every success.  Well done everyone!

After the half term break, we welcome the return of the Summer Show. For those parents of younger children, this is where our Upper School children take the stage by storm at the Little Theatre, in Altrincham. Ms Wellings tells me that Cinderella and Rockerfella is a real crowd-pleaser and the audience are in for a treat.

I hope you all enjoy a much deserved half term holiday.
