Our sports calendar has been very busy this half term, some of the highlights include:
Girls Football
The girl’s football team ended the season by winning both of their final group games. Thank you to Trafford Sports Partnership for organising.
Handball
Congratulations to our two Year 4 Handball Teams who took Silver and Bronze medals for finishing in second and third place in the Trafford tournament this afternoon.
Running
Two of our Foresters made it into the ISA National Finals for Cross Country which was held in Worksop. They not only represented Forest, but we’re also part of the North Team.
As ever, HT (Y6) and SM (Y4) gave their all and completed the tricky course in superb timing.
Netball
Our Netball team, made up of a mix of Year 5 and 6 girls, competed in the ISA Netball tournament, held at Hulme Hall Grammar School. They were placed in the Championship (middle) League after winning 2 games and losing 2 games. They went on to finish in third place.
