The Cross Country season is now up and running for the new school year and what a start we have had! Our team of Foresters dazzled at John Leigh Park's first meeting of the season, and we were proud of the large number of children that were motivated to take on the challenge. All the children finished the tricky course, with big smiles on their faces too (despite all the mud!). We scooped some great results along the way. Congratulations to SM (Year 5) who achieved first place in one race and CT (Year 4) who scooped two second places and LB (Year 5) clinched the top 5.
Mr Booth said, “All the children represented the school with amazing determination and commitment. The team spirit around the park was wonderful. An incredibly successful morning for all!” Bravo to all!
