Learning ‘with a Little Help from Our Parents’

As our Kindergarten class enters their final term, they are preparing to be 'school ready' by exploring the broader world around them. This term's theme is “People Who Help Us.”

Building on the close bond we have between school and home, Kindergarten have had the pleasure of hosting parents who shared insights about their professions. They have welcomed a Doctor, a Dentist, a Cook and a Pilot. The children learnt so much from these sessions, among other things, they can now identify key organs and know the life cycle of our teeth!

The topic concluded with a bus trip to Waterstones in Altrincham, where they learnt all about the jobs of librarians and were lucky enough to share lots of stories.
