At Forest, we are a diverse family so ‘Culture Week’ is very important to us, as we want to embrace and celebrate our school population.
This year, our children explored and celebrated cultures from around the world through crafts, music, dance, sport, and food. They immersed themselves into many different cultures including Chinese, Indian, African, Spanish, Jamaican, Italian, Scottish, Mexican, Iranian, and Jewish traditions, as well as learning about influential artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Frida Kahlo and Wilfredo Lam.
It was a vibrant and informative celebration of diversity.
