As a specialist French teacher, my role is to inspire a genuine love of languages from an early age. Through engaging, age-appropriate lessons, I introduce pupils from Nursery to Year 6 to French vocabulary, conversation and culture, while building their confidence to have a go and communicate independently. I want French to feel fun, relevant and accessible to every child, whether they are discovering the language for the first time or already have some experience of it. Most importantly, I aim to nurture curiosity, enthusiasm and a sense of achievement, giving pupils a strong foundation in French as they progress through the school.
