The Cheshire Show

Last week, Year 5 spent the day at the Royal Cheshire Show, visiting many different stalls and learning about several different things. They looked around the rare breed animals and conservation trusts, community police, fire and rescue and many other informative stands.

The rain stayed off for the day, with the children enjoying the traditional fairground and the delights of the giant Robert’s Bakery food tent!

A highlight of the day, was also watching Mr Booth’s sister show her pet pig as well as Year 5 being invited into the show ring to race ferrets!

A great day for all, with many happy memories made!
