Since it started as a club here at Forest, our Chess Club has gone from strength-to-strength.
During the half-term break, Ben F in Year 3 won the Cheshire Junior U9 competition, held at Cheadle Hulme School, with his peers, James H and Yashmit P, finishing joint 2nd.
We are incredibly proud of all the children who took part, and especially for our Year 3 children who placed overall; a fantastic achievement and great practise for the upcoming school competitions!
