Helping to Keep Our Community Safe: A Thank You

As the first half term of the year comes to a close, may I say how proud I am of the whole school community. Everyone has played their part in bringing the whole school back together and trying to keep us all safe and well in these challenging times.

Classrooms and lessons feel back to normal now as do many aspects of school life. By making the slighest of adjustments, we are trying our utmost to continue with our traditional events, such as the Harvest Festival and Speech Competition, so that the children can still participate and enjoy a variety of experiences, whilst continuing to ensure everyone is safe.

We are constantly reviewing all our risk assessments and when the timing is right we will look to reintroduce our extra-curricular programme too. However, for the moment, some of our clubs, including chess, LAMDA and Kiddy Cook, are offering the opportunity to engage with them remotely.

Thank you again and I hope you all enjoy a restful and safe holiday.
