ISA Nationals
This half term, BB, AD and IF were representing the North in the ISA Athletics Finals. To even get to the ISA National Finals was an incredible achievement by these budding athletes and we are immensely proud of their attitude and efforts this year. BB went on to win the Year 4 boys relay 4 x 100m sprint, as part of the Northern relay team.
Year 4 Trafford Athletics Champions
Mr Francis was honoured to be able to escort his class to the Trafford Year 4 Athletics Tournament, where the children took part in a wide variety of events, testing all their athletics skills. Not only did all the children thoroughly enjoy the experience, their performances gained them the most points which resulted in a class win! This is what Mr Francis had to say, ‘This class just keep on winning. We have won the Trafford Y4 athletics tournament this morning!! Huge efforts from everyone and an encouraging team spirit as usual.’
Cheshire County Cricket
We were delighted to hear that YP (Year 5) was selected for the Cheshire County Cricket U10 Squad.
We wish him all the success and enjoyment on the cricket pitch this season. He has played his first few matches and is loving it. A huge achievement- well done!
