Garden Adventures in Non Term-Time Nursery

During February half-term our youngest Foresters explored the mini-topic “In the Garden” with a different theme each day.

Monday – Bees: Children enjoyed bee-themed activities, including a counting game with hives.

Tuesday – Caterpillars: They arranged numbered caterpillars in the tuff tray and had a Spanish lesson with Miss Saez.

Wednesday – Mini Beasts: Kids searched for hidden mini beasts in the soil and created fingerprint artwork.

Thursday – Flowers: Nursery planted sunflower seeds to see whose grows the tallest, while Kindergarten took theirs home to care for.

Friday – Ladybirds: The week wrapped up with ladybird crafts and fun counting activities.

It was a fantastic week full of learning and creativity!
