On Thursday, Year 1 visited Tatton Park where they learnt all about what life would've been like celebrating Christmas as a 6 year old in the post-war era. They gathered around the fire for a Christmas story, got to meet some of the farm's residents and even got a special visit from Santa! The mansion provided the children with plenty of entertainment with the Twelve Days of Christmas and proved very educational, learning about what life for Lord and Lady Egerton was like.
All children behaved remarkably well and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves!
