As part of our studies of the Romans, Year 3 took part in a workshop. They made clay pots, oil lamps, mosaic tiles and wax tablets. They wrote an account of the legend of Romulus and Remus, learning some Latin words along the way! Using their wax tablets, the children also practised writing a letter in Roman script and learned how to write Roman numerals.
