Effective Learning at Forest

Here at Forest, teachers believe every student is capable of achieving success at school and they do all they can to find ways of making each student successful. Effective teachers strive to motivate and engage all their students in learning rather than simply accepting that some students cannot be engaged and are destined to do poorly.

Forest pupils are encouraged to discover what type of learner they are, putting the necessary skills in place as they progress through the school, with the eventual aim of becoming an independent learner. Mrs. Mulholland and her group of helpers have been working hard on creating this eye-catching display in the hall, promoting effective learning.
