A couple of weeks ago, Year 1 embarked upon their first school swimming trip and they were fantastic! Not only did they show excellent listening when being spoken to by the variety of adults on hand to help, but they were sensible and respectful (especially to members of the public) from beginning to end – true Forest behaviour.
All children are working together to get themselves changed quickly and sensibly; even being timed by Mrs Budd week-on-week. Let’s see if we can beat our time next week!
Despite only being the start of their Altrincham Leisure Centre school journey, judging by last week’s performance, there is no doubt that it will all go swimmingly from here…
