Big Efforts and Big Smiles in Year 1

This half term, Year 1 have been extremely busy. They have been doing lots of English work and writing activities linked to their class reads: This is the Bear, The Tiger Who Came to Tea and The Colour Monster.

They have been sorting 'ch' and 'sh' sounds, identifying and discussing feelings, exploring properties of and naming 3D shapes, enjoying Reading Friends time with their Year 5 buddies and even finding time to develop their ball skills with Mr C!

What a busy half term, we are very proud of all the effort they have put into their work, all the while with big smiles on their faces- true Foresters!
