Smiling Faces for our Return to Swimming

This week, our Year 1’s were thrilled to have their very first Forest swimming lesson.

Mrs Burns and Mrs Wells were so proud of the children: their attitudes and behaviour were truly exemplary.

Swimming has many benefits for children; enhancing mental development, developing confidence, boosting social skills, and improving strength, flexibility and stamina. We truly believe that the swimming lessons we offer provide our pupils the opportunity to grow and develop into well-rounded individuals, who remain engaged, enthusiastic and strive to achieve their full potential whilst here at Forest.
