Once again, Forest pupils have taken part in the Altrincham Schools' Music Festival, held at the Bowdon Rooms. We have had a busy week with performances from Year 2 (Recorders and Dancing), Year 3 (Recorders), Year 5 (Choral Speaking), Greenhouse Choir, Main Choir and Chamber Choir.
The Altrincham Festival has been running for fifty years and is a warm and supportive, non-competitive, celebration of music-making. The pupils have greatly enjoyed not just their own performances, but watching and listening to other schools. Congratulations to all our children and many thanks, as always, to Mr Pearson who is on the organising committee.
