Get Them Out of There: Year 5 Go Into the Wild

Who said learning has to take place in the classroom? Last week, Year 5 had the pleasure of reconnecting with nature at their Survival School trip to ‘Into the Wild Bushcraft’.

The class were introduced to many new skills; foraging, shelter building, fire starting and tool maintenance- to name only a few!

The children had a spectacular time and were impeccably well behaved, so much so that Mrs Johal treated them all to an ice cream!

Mr Booth’s final class trip was an extremely enjoyable one.
