At Forest, we are incredibly fortunate to, not only have teaching support staff throughout the school, but have the finest there are!
From 1-2-1 reading with pupils, to small group interventions (whether that be to provide support to those who need additional support or challenge those more able), to the wonderfully eye-catching and informative displays around school, to helping teachers prepare for lessons (and even tidy up after!) there is no end to the amazing work our support staff do.
At our January staff inset, we gave the TAs time to reflect on just how amazing they are.
We pride ourselves hugely on our ability to cater to children’s individual needs and we always go above and beyond to deliver an engaging and broad curriculum. None of this would be possible without all of the Forest cogs in the wheel and we just want them to know how truly appreciated they are!
