As ever, it has been a busy start to the second half of autumn term with the presentation and delivery of all the children's amazing pre-prepared speeches, from Pre-Prep to Year 6.
A treasured time of year for all, every single speech has managed to engage and enlighten their audiences; we are always amazed by the varied topics each year. In keeping with the tradition of performing the class finalist's speeches to other classes within school, we called upon Google Classroom in which to do so. We are incredibly proud of all our pupils for developing in confidence and improving their skills in public speaking. For some, it provides a platform to express and deliver and for others it’s an opportunity to try and overcome nerves and build confidence. Whatever the goal, by doing it #theforestway, every child undoubtedly achieves a special something.
Congratulations to all the finalists, who will represent our school in the virtual Inter-School Final- alongside the winners from Brabyns Prep and Forest Park Prep. This year, the Inter School Champions will be chosen by Bellevue's Education Director, Gregg Davies. Well done to all for participating and good luck to our finalists!
