Spreading Christmas Cheer: Good Deeds Done

Spreading Christmas Cheer: Good Deeds Done

Toy Appeal

As December hits, the excitement of Christmas begins to bubble. Here at Forest, the children learn all about the story of Christmas, but more importantly, the meaning behind it: giving to others, especially those less fortunate than yourselves. It is a perfect opportunity to reflect on how lucky we are and give to those who may be in need. Once again, a huge thank you to all our Forest families for your kind donations to The Toy Appeal.

After the generous donations, Mrs Thomson went to visit Dee to see the almost 9,300 sacks ready to be delivered to children all across the North West. Each sack will give a child a magical Christmas morning.

Last week, the Chamber Choir visited our lovely friends at Newhaven. They sang a beautiful array of songs to our neighbours and we joined together for some festive classics. Thank you, to all the residents at Newhaven for the warm welcome. We hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
