Fire Service Visit Aims to Keep Pupils Safe

November is always an important time in the year to discuss fire safety and the best practices for staying safe around Bonfire Night. Recently, Years 5 and 6 welcomed members of the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue into school to learn just that.

The team told the children about key hazards and taught them how to act effectively in the event of a fire or accident.

We would like to thank the team for giving us their time in what is a very busy and demanding profession. We are very lucky to have such dedicated and knowledgeable crew in our local area.
