As part of Year 3 Egyptian Day, the children made shabtis and scarab beetles, painted on papyrus, created their own cartouche, decorated gold collars, learned how to belly dance and completed many other activities during their Maths and English lessons. Year 3 pupils also visited Manchester Museum and were given the opportunity to look at Egyptian artefacts.
